30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — no questions asked.
Eligible Refund Reasons:
- Product arrived defective or not functioning as described
- Product was damaged during shipping
- Wrong item was received
- Order never arrived within 30 business days of dispatch
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after product use
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Requests made after 30 days of confirmed delivery
- Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at aadil.kunnath@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your full name, order number, reason for the refund, and clear photo or video evidence of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Each case is assessed individually — we reserve the right to request additional information before approving a refund
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Return Shipping: For approved defective or damaged item claims, Vevola covers return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse verified return shipping fees.
Refund Processing Time: Once approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing or dispatch and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately at aadil.kunnath@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.
